Highmark’s focus on facilitating collaboration and creativity through our attention to people’s desire for experiences in their lives, not just places, has allowed us to develop the next generation of habitats for work and play.
WHAT WE DO
Highmark was one of the first developers in Culver City embracing the “creative office” explosion due to the growth of the media tech business. With LCP West, Highmark entitled and delivered the 8777 Washington Project that was completely leased to Apple for its streaming headquarters. Highmark has taken that experience and applied it to new projects in both multifamily and hospitality. On the multifamily front, Highmark is developing multiple projects in Culver City. For Example, 5700 Hannum is a 309 Unit development with LCP West. Highmark has several other multifamily projects in predevelopment.
Highmark is currently developing The Mammoth Hotel, a 164 room boutique lifestyle hotel at Mammoth Mountain. This is the first of Highmark’s hospitality developments meeting this demand for authentic experiences for the creative collaborative class in the journey for new and exciting additions to their lifestyle travel outside of work but making them feel at home like at their work environments.
